This video is about 2 1/2 years old, but I just stumbled across it on YouTube. Interesting to see how the Webmaster Support team work, how laid back they all are, and nice to know that they are often there reading the problems, even if not always replying.
Also nice to see that Matt Cutts was out fighting the scraper sites in July 2008, although I can vouch for the fact that they have not actually stopped scraping mine. So long as they do not steal the traffic, then it is OK though!
