Twitter now has an annual award, or so it seems. Celebrity Tweeter, and master of words, Stephen Fry, announced at the annual Hay Festival. The winning tweet was:
“I believe we can build a better world! Of course, it’ll take a whole lot of rock, water & dirt. Also, not sure where to put it.”
It was my Marc Mackenzie, who is a 41 year old Canadian. According to his Twitter page he is very excited about the news;
“Can’t sleep. Too keyed up on praise from @StephenFry. Maybe I need a huge ‘screw you’ from @HughLaurie to balance it out.”
Marc started Tweeting after getting positive feedback from friends about his amusing Facebook status updates.
