Microsoft is set to release a big operating system update tomorrow, 13th October, to close some security loop holes and improve performance. The update will be the biggest single software update ever released by Microsoft. In total 34 different securities culnerabilities will be fixed, and these include 8 critical “bulletins”.
The update will be fixing problems with the operating system, Internet Explorer and some Office applications.
Windows 7 is due to be released on 22nd October, and one of the critical updates is to fix an error in IE8 which will be running on Windows 7.
